OUR TEAM
Just Audit is headed by Rachel Davis whose background is with all sizes of accountancy practice and many different sizes and types of clients. Rachel has been an active and dedicated member of the ICAEW Practice Committee since 2011. We aim to have continuity of staffing within the audit team; this benefits us as it strengthens our knowledge and understanding of the client’s business. For our clients it means that they work with the same Just Audit contact year on year.

Family is a priority within the Just Audit culture. We put our families first and also take good care of each other within a strong internal network. We also have the support of Karen who is the team's mental health first aider.
RACHEL DAVIS FCA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
I am the founder and MD and spend my days leading the firm, developing relationships with the clients and accountants we work with and working with new contacts. Together with David Fletcher I also sign off all audit opinions and have expertise in Solicitors Accounts Rules. I love talking to people and getting to know them and their business - knowing how it ticks is key. Every day is completely different.

Outside of JA I like to relax with a nice G&T or good glass of wine! I love to walk our black lab Chester, shop with my daughters and spend time as a family. This goes hand in hand with exploring our beautiful country in our motorhome and relaxing with my husband Andrew.
DAVID FLETCHER FCA
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

I joined Just Audit in 2010 and I'm an Associate Director. I sign off on audit opinions for my client portfolio and also have expertise in ATOL and FCA clients. I am a certified ATOL Reporting Accountant. This is an environment where I'm always learning, particularly as we have an interesting and diverse client base.

I combine my career with opera singing, and run a touring chamber opera company, which I co-founded in 2014.
AIDAN CLARKE MAAT
MANAGER
I’ve been with Just Audit since 2016 and started as an Assistant Auditor and risen through the ranks to Audit Manager. Working here means I get to meet clients up and down the country, from all industries and sectors.
Outside of JA I spend most of my time socialising with my family and friends and I like to go walking in the Peak District and Sherwood Forest.
KAREN LEWCHENKO ACA
ASSISTANT MANAGER
I have been with Just Audit since 2014. I am an Assistant Manager working on client audits. I also have an interest in mental health and well-being; presenting to a number of different organisations; and I have the role of mental health first aider for Just Audit.

Like most of the team I enjoy the variety of clients - it means that no two jobs are ever the same. The supportive team I work with are second to none. I also like visiting clients on site and getting to know them better.
​
Outside of work I have 2 rescue dogs and I’m passionate about holistic therapies. I like fitness challenges and have recently completed an Olympic distance triathlon.
RACHEL SNOW
ASSISTANT MANAGER
I joined the team in 2007 so I'm one of the earliest members of Just Audit. I carry out the audits from planning, fieldwork and completion on small and medium sized entities and also carry out solicitors accounts rules work. I also help support the company's IT issues. I love the variety of my work, revisiting clients and understanding how their systems work.

At home I spend time with my two daughters, two cats and two guinea pigs, not forgetting to mention my husband too! I enjoy walking, crafts and cooking.
LYNN DUNLOP
ASSISTANT MANAGER
I joined Just Audit in 2023. Over my career I have worked as an auditor and as an in-house accountant, so I understand the audit process from both sides. I love finding out about clients and their businesses - the figures are just part of the story.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. We are lucky to live in South West England with its beautiful coast and countryside. I also enjoy singing in a choir and practising Pilates.

AUDITOR​
I started with the company as an Auditor in 2017. As part of the team, I complete audit procedures and assist in our SAR and CASS audits. I appreciate the teamwork on every client engagement and the things I learn from the team, especially anything that adds to the value of our audit work.
In my own time I enjoy doing crafts and arts, listening to music, surfing the internet and playing with our cats
WENDY HUNG​
AUDITOR​
I have been an Auditor with Just Audit since 2016. I have a wide scope to increase my technical knowledge whilst working - I really appreciate that. The team I work with is fantastic.
During my free time, I love practising hot yoga and spending time with my two young children who keep me occupied. I hope to travel more with my family to tick off more places on our travel bucket list.

I joined Just Audit in 2022. The team are helpful and approachable, allowing me to study, train and expand my knowledge daily. The wide variety of clients gives me great scope to understand a multitude of businesses, further expanding my knowledge.

During my free time I enjoy socialising with friends and walking my dog, Juno. I am a competitive person so I like to participate in many different types of sports and exercise.
ROXAN ABE​

I joined the team at Just Audit in 2022 and really enjoy working with everyone. They are so supportive and continually inspire me to do a really good job. It's a satisfying role where I learn, meet clients and produce excellent work.
In my spare time I love watching movies and reading books whenever I need time to reflect and meditate. Going to the gym and spending time at the beach are also really relaxing and great for my well-being.
MOHAMMED RIZVI

I joined Just Audit in October 2022. I am studying for the ICAEW exams. I am looking forward to progressing in my professional studies while gaining excellent experience, working on a variety of clients in a talented, proactive and professional team at Just Audit.

During my free time, I enjoy playing cricket and football with friends and family and going to the gym. To relax I watch movies and tv shows and have been learning Spanish. I am very adventurous so love to travel.

I joined Just Audit in July 2023 as Assistant Auditor. I am working towards my ICAEW professional exams and am excited to put my learning from my degree into practice.

In my spare time I love to cook. I like to learn and try out new recipes. I also enjoy dancing, especially bhangra. I love to watch mystery movies such as Death on the Nile.

I joined the Just Audit team in November 2023, thrilled to embark on a journey of learning and collaboration. Currently pursuing my ICAEW professional exams, I’m dedicated to expanding my knowledge and honing my skills.
Beyond the world of audit, I like to keep active by playing football and going to the gym. I have an interest in cars and a desire to explore new destinations. I look forward to contributing my best to the team!

JULIE THICKPENNY
AUDIT SUPPORT​

I am the eagle eyes of Just Audit and am the company’s proofreader of statutory accounts. I've been doing this since 2009. I love the satisfaction of ensuring the accounts are error-free, are completely sense-checked and knowing that the disclosures are legislation-compliant.
​
In my leisure time I love to meet up with friends and family, read Charles Dickens’ novels and go walking in the Peak District with husband, Roger - not all at the same time though!
ANDREW DAVIS​
COMMERCIAL MANAGER
I've been the Commercial Manager since 2017 and look after financial transactions, ensuring the appropriate commercial contracts are in place. I enjoy delivering proposals for our prospective clients and supporting Rachel as she continues to develop Just Audit
On a personal level I enjoy anything on four wheels (including our motorhome), a nice red wine and helping our two daughters succeed in everything they do.

I've been the Office Manager and Rachel's PA since 2009.​ It’s never boring and, having been here for a long time, I know how everything operates and how to help clients and team members alike.

I have been with Just Audit since February 2022 as a PA to David. I also assist with general office management and support the senior management team.
Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my partner and two young daughters, undertaking property renovations and planning trips away.
